Concerns Increase Over Where Toll Gate Money Is Going

Readers of Open Zambia have been sending photos in of Zambia's badly damaged roads, begging the question - where does the toll gate money we pay actually go? Below is one readers image from the Livingstone-Sesheke road. Not only do pot holes make driving difficult and damage cars but they make our roads dangerous - we already have some of the highest road traffic accident rates in the world so we are asking the government WHY? WHERE? and WHO?

WHY? Do our roads fall apart so easily 

WHERE? Is the money you collect from us through tolls and taxes 

WHO? Is responsible for this and must be held accountable?
