Notorious Tokota Gang Members Committed To High Court

19 boys who belong to the notorious gang Tokota boys were in Kitwe High Court today. The 19 young men appeared before Chief Resident Magistrate Yvonne Nalomba.

They are charged with 3 counts contrary to law; intent to harm, injure or disfigure, unlawful wounding and poisoning and abducting and kidnap.

They became known to the policy are a video went viral on social media which showed the suspects participating in the violent beating of another man with sticks and stones.

The leader of the gang is still at large.
