South African Courts Legalise Dagga

In a turn of events that Peter Sinkamba must dreams of seeing here in Zambia, the South African Con Court has officially legalised the use of dagga privately.

The Western Cape High to many people’s surprise ruled that dagga should be legalised for home use back in 2017, however this was challenged thus putting the ruling on hold. However, early this morning it was finally given the green light.

Forget 4/20, it looks like 9/18 will be a more significant number for South African smokers now.
