Zambian Law Development Commission Director Arrested

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested and charged Zambian Law Development Commission Director Hope Ndhlovu Chanda with corrupt practices involving K120,000.

She has been charged with two counts of corrupt acquisition of public property, contrary to the Anti-Corruption Act Number 3 of 2012 of the Laws of Zambia.

Chanda has since been released from policy custody and will appear at the Lusaka Magistrates Court on July 30 2018.
