PF Scoring Own Goals – ACA’s Miti

The PF has scored several own goals already during campaigns, according to Alliance for Community Action (ACA) Executive Director Laura Miti.

Among the own goals she identifies are the handling of the doctors, the display of “miraculously gained wealth”, and the “shockingly unapologetic tribal campaigns by Chishimba Kambwili.”

Miti questions whether they “know they have done enough to make it impossible to lose” or if it just a part of their “inherent self-harming nature.”

“With PF cadres with no known jobs showing of ostentatious wealth on social media, a doctor is fired for asking for the money he and his colleagues have worked for,” she writes.

“Where did their money go? Sorry Dr Sampa, I hope you understand that the nation wishes it could do something to address this injustice,” she continues.

“It is voting time, eat quietly - PF cadres say to each other as they fight over who has more money,” Miti writes.
