President Hichilema To Visit Southern Province
Yesterday, President Hakainde Hichilema left for a five-day work visit to the Southern Province.
Cornelius Mweetwa, announced the news in an interview. He stated that the president would arrive in Mazabuka on Sunday.
During the visit, the president will take part in numerous engagements including the memorial service for Grandstone Kamunza Makowani Natala in Mazabuka.
Following this, the president is then due to attend the official opening of the Lwiindi Gonde Ceremony of Chief Monze, which is due to take place today.
The president will then travel to Livingstone where he is set to officiate the Diaspora Meeting on Friday.
He also confirmed that the president will attend the Liindi of Chief Mukuni of Toka Leya.
Last week, President Hichilema visited the Zambia International Trade Fair and called on the funeral house of Robert Banda.
