It’s About Size, Cuts – Mwila

Silvester Mwila has confirmed his participation in this year’s Mr Zambia Body Building tournament whose date is yet to be announced. Mwila, who has won the Mr Zambia contest eight times, has promised to defend his title this year. In a telephone interview from Lusaka, Mwila tipped other builders to work hard to come close.

“I always work hard and this year, it is all about size and cuts. I am defending the title. To other body builders, they equally need to put in their best to stand a chance, otherwise it is on,” he said.

After scooping the title last year, Mwila said he would quit Mr Zambia once he had won it 10 times.
