First female boxer to represent Zambia at the Paris Olympics

The NOCZ confirmed the qualification of Margret Tembo, who will join Patrick Chinyemba in the boxing team representing Zambia at the Paris Olympics 2024.

Tembo will become the first female Zambian boxer to participate in the Games after she qualified through university allocation.

Her chance to represent Zambia comes after several major wins in the boxing ring, including being the African Champion (2022), and the African Games bronze medalist (2023).

All eyes will be on Tembo as she takes her talent to the next level.
