Trade Kings Gifts 350 Farmers with Inputs

The Trade Kings Foundation has begun distributing vital agricultural supplies, including seeds and fertilisers, to various farmers in Zambia to help improve the country's food security.

In a statement on Tuesday, November 26, Trade Kings Group Public Relations Manager Bridget Kambobe said the Foundation remained committed to investing in initiatives that improve the lives of Zambians.

Ms Kambobe spoke at today's handover ceremony of the farming inputs in Chongwe district, emphasising the foundation’s goal of empowering farmers.

“This project falls under the pilar in the foundation, where we respond to and assist the families to alleviate the challenges they are experiencing,” said Kambobe.

The drought experienced during the farming season has had a significant impact on farmers. The Trade Kings Foundation has clearly noted the need to support farmers who have been negatively impacted.

Brian Sacholi, Kasenga Ward Area Council “We are very happy, and we believe we have a strong relationship with our cooperating partners”

Isaac Banda, beneficiary representative, added that he is “receiving my inputs at the very right time.”

“By empowering farmers, the Foundation aims to strengthen food security and support Zambia’s agricultural communities during these challenging times,” the group said on Facebook.
