Zambia’s High Commissioner to Ghana Dies

His Excellency Rayford Mbulu, High Commissioner to Ghana has died. The reports coming from Ghana suggest he passed away in the early hours of the morning,

His friend and colleague Livestock and Fisheries Minister Kampamba Mulenga has confirmed the death on Facebook.

“It is with a heavy heart that I wish to inform you all that Zambia’s High Commissioner to Ghana who also happens, and former Member of Parliament for Kalulushi Hon. Rayford Mbulu has gone to be with the Lord,”

Prior to his role as High Commissioner, Mr Mbulu was also President of the Mine Workers Union of Zambia.
