Chama Advises PF Members Not To Embarrass The Party.

Davies Chama, deputy national chairman of the Patriotic Front (PF), is aware that some party members are still hurting and mending from the defeat of last year's general election and may take solace in blaming others.

In an interview yesterday, Mr Chama advised PF members to quit washing dirty linen in public since their actions are tarnishing the previous ruling party's reputation.

He said that personal ratings among members had nothing to do with the party's rebranding efforts.

Mr Chama questioned the motives of those attempting to link personal conflicts among party members to the party's operations.

Last week, PF presidential running mate Nkandu Luo, Chishimba Kamwbili, and Mumbi Phiri exchanged bitter words and blamed each other for the party's defeat in the August general election.

Mr Chama, on the other hand, has advised the disgruntled members to settle their disagreements peacefully rather than shame the party.
