The president accentuated the importance of forming robust partnerships with nations such as South Africa, recognising that such collaboration on this initiative could enhance the region's influence in trading with larger economies, including Europe and China.
The visit of South African Minister Dr. Naledi Pandor to Zambia was centred on discussions pertaining to the inaugural session of the Bi-National Commission (BNC) between Zambia and South Africa.
This BNC aims to reinforce bilateral and trade relations between the two nations and will play a pivotal role in strengthening the longstanding bonds that exist between Zambia and South Africa.
