Kaindu Re-Hired By ZANACO
Zanaco football team have re-hired Kelvin Kaindu as their head coach following on from two previous terms with the squad.
Kaindu, who replaces Chris Kaunda, will serve on a one year deal with the team, as announced at Zanaco FC Secretariat on Sunday. He had previously worked at the club from 2009-2011 and again from 2019-2020.
The decision to re-employ Kaindu was made by the Zanaco FC Board as a result of his plethora of coaching badges including UEFA B Diploma and an FA International Licence.
Kaindu has big plans for the team, following six years of playing without winning a trophy.
“It is very important for a big team like Zanaco to win the league title…We have not won a trophy for some time and if we can reorganise ourselves and focus and try and get what we want to achieve at the end of the day ,” he said.
He hopes that inclusion of new players within the team will help support his aspirations for CAF Champions League victory.
